Interestingly enough, I read in the celiac.com newsletter that sometimes people with joint issues improve with glucosamine chondroitin because gluten binds to it. I was discussing it with another GF friend and she said, hey, why don't we take that when we get glutened? Haven't tried it yet though. I've also had good results taking the homeopathic remedy, veratrum album. But, I think the most important thing is to detox so anything that does that (like the charcoal) is the best. Aerobic exercise is good for detoxing. I just got glutened this week (cross contamination I think) and I felt better after doing stuff at home and going up and down our stairs many times and generally staying busy.
